Our talented team services major fashion weeks, e-commerce, advertising campaigns, and casting for TV, cinema, and streaming platforms. We are dedicated to all projects that require our represented talent, with a strong commitment to responsibility and professionalism.

As a result, our models shine at leading fashion weeks worldwide, including São Paulo, Milan, London, and New York, and participate in advertising campaigns for brands like Amazon, Samsung, O Boticário, Nike, Melissa, Claro Brasil, Nubank, Centauro, Bradesco, and Renner, among many others. We are featured in top pages and editorials of magazines such as Vogue, Bazaar, Marie Claire, and Glamour, as well as in telenovelas and miniseries for GLOBO, SBT, RECORD, NETFLIX, GLOBOPLAY, HBO MAX, and PRIME VIDEO.

On the international scene, our models are currently in season in New York, Los Angeles, Europe, India, and Asia. One of the key differentiators of The Faces Management is our excellent reputation in the market and our individualized attention for each new face model, including monthly mentoring sessions with our professionals.

Our purpose is to turn dreams into reality, and our mission is to consolidate our status as the most advanced casting and selection department in the market, focusing on excellence, commitment, and attention to detail. We always operate with ethics, respect, and strong collaboration within our team to achieve our goals.
