The Female Connection (TFC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a movement that connects international and Danish women in Esbjerg.

The approach of TFC is based on two pillars; facilitating attractive activities that Danish and international women find appealing and cultivating a community through an ambassador mentorship program.

Our ultimate goal is to establish a supportive network that makes women feel genuinely at home in Esbjerg. Through this, we aim to transform the city's narrative to an "international, vibrant city where people feel connected and at home.
