In 2017, David bought The Fig in Vernon BC, as a gift for his mother, Bea. With their shared passion for good food and backgrounds in Holistic Nutrition, the Mother and Son duo knew The Fig would be the perfect fit. We go beyond feeding, by nourishing our customers, one bite at a time. Together, they’ve partnered with local, sustainable farms to source the best fresh ingredients to build incredible sandwiches, make comforting soups, and bake delicious indulgent treats. Their mission is to go beyond feeding by truly nourishing their customers, one bite at a time.

Healthy shouldn’t mean slow:

We have developed systems that provide customers with the highest quality food without having to sacrifice speed and convenience. Whether you’re on a lunch break, or need to stop for a quick bite on the go, let us make healthy eating a quick and convenient part of your routine.

Supporting Local, From Farm to Plate:

Our commitment to local farms and businesses means using their fresh ingredients in all of our dishes. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, our menu changes with the local seasons. Keeping our meals as fresh & flavorful as possible. Try our bread, baked in-house, with meats smoked, roasted, and sliced in our kitchen.

Only the Best for Your Gut - Catering to all dietary needs:

Fresh, quality tasting food should be available for all diets & food preferences. At The Fig, we proudly offer a selection of Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan Options. Our Goal of nourishing our customers extends to all of our food offerings.
