As 20+ year residents of Corona del Mar and the #1 Compass team in the area, we know real estate. Not only does our team offer extensive knowledge and experience, but with unrivaled professionalism and passion, we provide outstanding service through the selling and buying process to ensure a seamless experience in every way.

Always aiming to surpass our clients’ goals and expectations, we provide luxury service by leveraging timely, innovative, and forward-thinking techniques in every facet of our work. Whether it be in buying, selling, or finding opportunities for development or investment, we work tirelessly to achieve your desired results. From the design vision we impart on each project to the technology and insights we use to tell every story, our team members are fiercely dedicated to efficiency, transparency, and first-rate client satisfaction.

Our sales history, extensive network, first-hand community experience and proprietary tools at Compass set us apart from the competition and make us an incomparable choice for your real estate needs.

Most importantly, we are incredibly proud to live in this amazing community. We understand why so many seek to live here; not only have co-founders Janelle File and Brandon Goethals chosen to raise their three children in this warm, inclusive and dynamic coastal community, but each member of The File Group is proud to call this incredible area home.
