Since 2023, The FinTech PM has been on a mission to help aspiring Product Managers think like PMs because we strongly believe the mindset comes before the title.

Over the years, through 1k+ mentorship conversations, we've continuously refined our courses, programmes and resources based on what aspiring PMs actually struggle with, not assumptions.

One insight has remained consistent.

Most aspiring Product Managers don't lack potential.

They're simply trying to solve the wrong problem at the wrong stage.

⁉️ Some start preparing for interviews before getting shortlisted.
⁉️ Some keep rewriting their resumes when they first need Product Thinking.
⁉️ Others collect courses and frameworks without knowing how Product Managers actually think.

That's why The FinTech PM has evolved into an ecosystem designed around one simple philosophy:

✅ The fastest way to become a Product Manager isn't doing more. It's solving the right problem first.

Today, we're proud to support a growing community of 47K+ aspiring Product Managers, built through consistent sharing of practical Product insights, curated hiring opportunities and personalized mentorship.

Our programs are designed and led by a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience building products in the FinTech industry (especially in Lending and Insurance), ensuring every course, mentorship, toolkit and resource is grounded in real-world Product Management, not just theory.

Everything we build is guided by one belief:

✅ We don't teach Product Management. We help you think like a Product Manager instead.

Because Product Managers aren't defined by their title.

They're defined by how they think.
