There is a massive group of Americans whose voices are rarely heard. They’re passionate, smart, and most of all engaged. They don’t subscribe to cable or satellite and wouldn’t relate to the current cable news offerings even if they did. Not surprisingly, up to now, they’ve been grossly under-represented in the media.   They’re conservative in their views, but never beholden to any party’s talking points. Independent thinkers who rely on things like the facts, context, and perspective, to inform their ideology. Podcasts and YouTube play a role, but there’s currently no single brand for them to call home.   They are why we created The First.   The First is a network designed to give rise to a new generation of influencers. It is not cable news. It is not a place for competing pundits to verbally bash each other using the talking points of the old guard. Instead, it’s a forum for new thought, new approaches, and an enlightening voice for a new America that embraces the founding principles and ideals that formed the greatest country on the planet.  The First.  The fresh new voice for a new generation.
