Todd Schuler

Todd Schuler currently serves as the Lead Coach at First Tee, focusing on providing coaching and life skills support to young participants, particularly those facing social and economic challenges in accessing golf. With over 26 years of experience in the United States Air Force, Todd held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Business Advisor, where responsibilities included developing policy frameworks for 6,000 personnel and managing operational activities for a workforce of over 450 employees. Todd's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology and two Associate's degrees in Human Resources Management and Intelligence Studies.
