The Fit In was created from a need to provide access quality health & wellness to underserved communities. The Fit In provides a boutique wellness experience to those in and around Brooklyn’s historic Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood. The Fit In is the first brand of its kind in Bedford Stuyvesant and all of East Brooklyn, an area long underserved by the health & wellness industry. 

The Fit In: Bedford Stuyvesant provides a boutique fitness experience to those in and around Brooklyn’s historic Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood. The Fit In’s signature classes BEATS & BARRES, PILATES MAT, PILATES REFORMED, and STRONG, develop a framework for long, strong bodies that can handle current everyday tasks from carrying groceries or picking up toddlers, to preparing for high-intensity workouts or lifting heavy weights.

The Shop at The Fit In continues the mission of creating health equity in communities of color by providing access to health and fitness related products in these food and health deserts. The Shop provides our diverse community with awareness and access to brands that truly believe in health for all.
