The Flagstaff Group is a leading not for profit Social Enterprise providing meaningful employment for 275 people with a disability and employing over 340 people across the Illawarra region.

Flagstaff was formed in 1966 in Wollongong applying market based strategies to achieve a social purpose for the good of the community.

Flagstaff has two key sites in Wollongong and Nowra operating 7 business divisions which include:

- Paper to Paper Recycling 
- Fine Foods 
- Laundry 
- Engineering 
- Coffee
- Electronic Records Management
