Fleetwood Trust is a small community led organisation that runs services from an old hospital being transformed into the new Community Hub. This Hub aims to be a catalyst for change that will be a turning point in the fortunes of Fleetwood’s residents. The Trust Board all live, work or raised their families in the town. We are led by the needs of the community and work extensively with partners from the voluntary, private and public sectors. We aim to provide much needed services offered in partnership with a variety of health, wellbeing, housing and education service providers.
