FlexiPort endeavours to connect businesses and independent professionals on an innovative, perceptive and organized platform that makes one’s search for work and work partners easier, faster and effective.

There exists an extensive demand for skilled professionals and partners in the marketplace. Large Organisations / Enterprises are adopting innovative ways to reduce costs and improve their bottom line. “Outsourcing” is the mantra. Outsourcing not only brings in efficiencies of cost but also provides these organisations an opportunity to engage specialised skills “outside” their organisation. They are willing to connect and collaborate with other businesses and individuals to manage the work in a manner that fits the framework of their organisational goals.

SME’s and Start Ups cannot afford the luxury of building large teams. Outsourcing makes allowance, in terms of time and finances, for these organisations to focus on their core business. As these organisations are looking to overcome the lack of internal expertise, the challenge lies in finding these specialised skills in an organised and cost effective way.

A growing number of professionals are crafting an independent work portfolio for themselves. Often referred to as Freelancers, these professionals want to leverage their skill sets towards an enriching, rewarding and a balanced work portfolio. Freelancing helps these professionals to “go global or grow local” while offering them the perks of flexibility and a better work-life balance.
