Prior to this role, Alan Pascal operated a private law practice as Chief Executive Officer from May 1996 to February 2005, focusing on criminal defense in both federal and state courts. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney from August 1992 to May 1996, where Alan Pascal initiated and prosecuted felony cases in St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. Alan Pascal holds a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University New Orleans.
