Robert Hicks

Robert Hicks is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and consultancy. They were a part of the founding team and served as Managing Director at Explore Learning from 2013 to 2018, where they contributed to significant growth before transitioning to various advisory roles. Currently, they serve as the Chairman of Role Models, a character education business, and as a Non-Executive Board Member at The Foraging Fox. Robert is also a trustee of a renowned Almshouse charity and engages in consultancy work, drawing on extensive experience across sectors including law, accounting, and operations management. They earned a 2.1 degree in Law from Southampton University.
