The Formation Lab integrates social equity into the planning, design and management of public infrastructure. We are dedicated to a more equitable future – delivering support programs for disadvantaged businesses, working with organizations to become more inclusive, and integrating equity considerations into infrastructure planning. 

At The Formation Lab we donate 10% of labor hours to community organizations, provide office space and advocacy for minority-owned businesses, and commit to carbon neutral business operations.

The Formation Lab is WBE, DBE, and ESB certified in the State of Oregon.
