The Founder Palace is a commerce ecosystem, accelerator, and community built for next-generation founders, emerging brands, and companies looking to connect with Gen Z audiences across the United States. We help founders build startups, launch products, and grow brands without dropping out of school or relocating to major tech hubs, while also creating opportunities for companies and consumer brands to market directly to our growing ecosystem of students and Gen Z consumers.

Today, many aspiring founders either feel pressured to leave school to pursue entrepreneurship full-time or rely on traditional entrepreneurship programs that prioritize academic theory and grades over real-world business execution. In addition, founders living in smaller cities or rural communities, as well as those outside elite university networks, often lack access to startup resources, capital, mentorship, distribution, and a strong support system. At the same time, many brands and companies struggle to authentically reach younger audiences and build meaningful engagement with Gen Z consumers.

The Founder Palace is launched by Minfon Group, a global venture development company based in Silicon Valley, California, with more than 25 years of experience building and operating corporate innovation and startup programs in the US and abroad, for clients such as BP Castrol, Volvo Cars and Siemens. After our many years of accumulating experiences in the startup world, we eagerly want to share our knowledge with incoming participants so that they can build their startup ideas into a company to address world problems through innovations.
