The Founders Guild is a global community of entrepreneurs building companies on their own terms and reshaping startup culture in the process. Rooted in Silicon Valley but open to everyone, we connect founders who recognize that entrepreneurship is both a craft and a responsibility.

We believe founders are society's problem solvers. Founders create economic opportunity, design new systems, and catalyze cultural change. Founders are one of the world's most important resources.

That's why we resist predatory practices, gatekeeping and insider networks, and growth-at-all-cost strategies. Instead, we emphasize transparency, peer-to-peer sharing, and candid exchange of real-world experiences: successes, failures, and all the hard-won lessons along the way.

Our community shares practical knowledge across the full lifecycle of company building, including:

• Developing business plans and team formation
• Navigating legal, regulatory, and compliance issues
• Raising capital while preserving eqity and independence
• Establishing governance and scaling with integrity
• Building resilience, sustainability, and founder well-being

The Guild is also a forum for broader conversations about entrepreneurship's impact. We explore how and why companies are built, and what kind of futures those companies will shape.

If you are a founder or aspiring entrepreneur who values independence, integrity, and community, The Founders Guild is for you.

The Founders Guild is a community of builders, sharing and perfecting the craft of value creation.
