Topaz Smith

Topaz Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the travel, tourism, and sustainability sectors. As the founder of EN-NOBLE, Topaz curates immersive travel experiences that highlight unique cultures and local economies. In additional roles, Topaz serves as a founding member of The Fourth Floor and an SLP Fellow with the Startup Leadership Program, along with contributing as a Project Lead and Community Lead at the World Economic Forum. Previous experience includes managing the Founder Residency Program at Northeastern University, advising for the African Renaissance and Diaspora Network, and consulting for the Labata Fantalle Organization on sustainable tourism initiatives. Topaz’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Pace University and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy & Sustainability Management from The New School.
