Ross Sweetmore

Ross Sweetmore is a London-based Design Director at The Frameworks, bringing over a decade of experience in crafting brand identities, digital user experiences, and marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. They began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Spear Creatives and Jones Knowles Ritchie in 2012, later progressing to roles as Junior Designer and Middleweight Designer at Spitfire Studio Ltd from 2013 to 2017. Ross ascended to Senior Designer at The Frameworks from 2019 to 2023 before achieving their current role as Design Director. Additionally, they are pursuing a Certificate in Creative Leadership from the Royal College of Art in 2024, building upon their earlier education with a National Diploma in Graphic Design and a BA in Graphic Design from West Notts College and Nottingham Trent University, respectively.
