The Franchise Co. is a franchise management specialist company – owning and managing a diverse range of popular South African brand franchises.

We’ve expanded our corporate divisions to include an investment product, where investors can acquire preference shares in our portfolio of carefully selected franchises – benefiting from the lucrative franchise industry, without being actively involved in the day-to-day running of these businesses.

We call this our 61Sixty product – 61% total return over 60 months.

Our franchises generate a steady gross profit of ±39.5% annually. This allows us to offer our preference shareholders a fixed return of 12.2% annually (paid as dividends), plus an extra dividend pay-out at the end of the fixed five-year term – calculated at 10% of the investment amount. The minimum investment amount is R1 000 000, maximum R5 000 000.

We ensure diversification, by strategically handpicking a spread of franchises across the retail, restaurants, fast food, health & beauty and construction industries. This concept amounts to the client getting a higher than average fixed income percentage and investment diversification, compared to the more conventional investment guarantees on offer.

Although this opportunity offers stable returns and extremely low risk, it does not require any involvement whatsoever by the investors in any franchise related business activities. No experience is required and investors do not share in any of the overhead costs (franchise expenses). It is a pure investment opportunity.

What The Franchise Co. is offering is the benefits of owning a franchise – without the overheads, admin, hard work and long hours – and the peace of mind that business specialists are managing your companies, while you have time to spend on what you love to do most.
