THE FRENCH GROUP is a retained executive search firm dedicated exclusively to placing health care executives. Our extraordinary client base consists of managed care organizations, health systems, hospitals and pharmacy benefit management companies.

As a boutique firm, we have the luxury of being selective in choosing only to align ourselves with clients with similar standards. We establish trusting and lasting relationships with our clients to ensure the seamless communication essential to be responsive to their needs. Moreover, we have the flexibility to develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ organizational culture and mission, as these elements are as essential as the job specifications in recruiting for any position. Our selectivity of clients with whom we develop partnerships allows us to source talent from their competitors on a national scale with minimal restrictions.
