At The Fresh Fish Shop, we’re passionate about bringing the finest, responsibly sourced seafood to homes, restaurants, and retailers across the UK. Founded over three decades ago and led by Master Fishmonger Sebastian Candelon, our business blends deep tradition with modern innovation to deliver unmatched freshness, flavour, and service.
