At The Fresh Partnership we’re more than consultants. We’re hands-on business partners who bring decades of deep, practical experience across the food production, horticulture and FMCG sectors.

Founded by Pieter van Egmond, Jonathan Ralling, and Tadas Mickus, we support growing and manufacturing businesses from field to factory. With backgrounds spanning fresh produce, ornamental horticulture, international supply chains, and FMCG operations, we help leaders improve performance, reduce cost and unlock sustainable growth.

We cover everything from Commercial to Operations. Whether it’s optimising your site performance, building a resilient value chain, or leading turnaround and growth strategies - we roll up our sleeves and deliver results.
