Daniel Ardon

Daniel Ardon has diverse experience in human resources and sales, spanning various roles from 2014 to 2025. Beginning as a Technical Support Help Desk at Teleperformance, Daniel transitioned to roles such as Human Resources Generalist and HR Tigo People Services at Millicom, where responsibilities included managing HR requests and overseeing new staff onboarding in Colombia. Subsequently, Daniel served as a Human Resources Specialist at Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp, coordinating HR efforts across 16 locations in the central-south region of the United States. Currently, as an HR Onboarding Specialist at The Functionary, Daniel is responsible for coordinating new employee onboarding processes and supporting payment platform functions. Daniel holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador, along with earlier education in English and Computing from Supérate ADOC.
