Erick Bonilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and service delivery management. At TELUS International Central America, Erick served as a Technical Services Specialist from March 2014 to October 2022. Following this, a self-employed period as a Marketing Manager took place from January 2015 to February 2017. Currently, Erick holds the position of Service Delivery Manager at The Functionary, overseeing a 60-employee operation focused on client services. Previous roles include Senior Team Manager at SEBPO, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 50 professionals, and various positions at Teleperformance, such as Operations Supervisor and Quality Analyst.
