Federico Florez has extensive experience in operations and management, with a career spanning over two decades. From October 2018 to December 2023, Federico served as Director of Site Operations at Concentrix and had previously held the position of Site Director at Convergys from June 2015 to December 2023. Earlier roles included various positions at Dell from 2005 to 2008 and managing service delivery as a Service Delivery Manager at Stream Global Services between July 2012 and July 2015. Federico also worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at Cinemark El Salvador and as an Assistant Manager at Tarjetas Acceso de El Salvador. Since April 2024, Federico has been working as an Insurance Broker in a freelance capacity, and in January 2025, took on the role of Director of Service Delivery at The Functionary.
