Rafael Samano

Rafael Samano's work experience includes various roles in the IT industry. Rafael started their career in 1988 as an IT customer service rep at Scotiabank Canada and remained in that role until 2023. In 2010, they worked as an IT Help Desk at CompuCom for a duration of 2 years. From 2018 to 2023, they served as an IT Service Desk L2 at Techmahindra. In 2020, they joined ExactlyIT Inc. and worked in the Exactlyit, Puebla role until 2023. Rafael's most recent role is as an IT Service desk at The Functionary, starting in 2022.
