Adam Heiser is an experienced professional in operations and guest relations, currently serving as General Manager at The Funplex since March 2018, after holding various leadership roles including Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations. Prior to this, Adam Heiser worked for the County of Essex from July 2010 to March 2018, first as Director of Guest Relations and Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing guest experiences at multiple venues and managing a large staff, and then as Facilities Manager, focusing on operational safety and event execution. Adam Heiser's earlier experience includes managing guest relations at Turtle Back Zoo and serving as Essex County Campaign Coordinator for U.S. Senator Menendez. Adam Heiser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy from Rutgers University, earned in 2006.
