The Future Collective is building a platform to help young people aged 13–22 develop the capabilities they need to navigate an uncertain and rapidly changing world.

While schools do an exceptional job developing academic knowledge, many of the foundational capabilities required for life beyond school—judgment, adaptability, decision-making, self-management, and real-world awareness—are often assumed rather than intentionally developed.

The Future Collective works at the intersection of education, youth development, and the future of work to bridge that gap.

Through structured experiences embedded within school life—such as career discovery, employer simulations, mentorship, industry exposure, and supervised project work—students gain early insight into the world beyond the classroom while building confidence, agency, and practical skills.

Each experience contributes to a Skills Passport, a portable and validated record of capabilities, experiences, and interests that can support students as they progress through polytechnic, junior college, university, and eventually into the workforce.

We collaborate closely with schools, employers, universities, and families to ensure young people have access to meaningful opportunities that are not dependent on networks or privilege.

The Future Collective also works with solution providers, ecosystem partners, NGOs, corporates, philanthropies and foundations who share our commitment to expanding opportunity and strengthening youth capability development.

If you are building solutions that support young people, education innovation, or the future of work, we would welcome the opportunity to collaborate.

Together, we can help the next generation move from school to the future with clarity, confidence, and capability.
