As the top Google-rated architectural firm in Virginia, we partner with clients who view their buildings as long-term legacies. With offices in Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, and Roanoke, we serve those who prioritize the health of their community and the environmental impact of their footprint.

Specializing in high-performance and sustainable design, we lead the "green movement" in Virginia through Net-Zero Ready, carbon-neutral, and LEED-certified projects. Our expertise in building science and trauma-informed design ensures that your commercial, industrial, or residential space is not only durable but deeply supportive of the people within it. We are champions of Universal Design, ensuring every structure is accessible for a lifetime.

Licensed in VA, PA, NC, and WV, our firm is led by CSI Fellow Charles Hendricks, Adrienne Stronge, James Halstead, and Ray Gaines and built on the philosophy that "Service Above Self" is the highest form of professional practice. We don’t just deliver blueprints; we provide a bridge between visionary stewardship and measurable results. If you believe your next project should strengthen its neighborhood while performing at the highest technical standards, let’s build something that stands for generations.
