NO BULL SHIT, NO EXCUSES, JUST HARD WORK

The Garage Gym was built in our home. We have no business partners, no investors. We are a community of like-minded individuals of varying ages, gender, race and beliefs.

The Garage Gym is a family. We are here to push our members to achieve results beyond what they ever thought possible . We do what works. We have been there, we have done it, we’ve already tried it for you. We take the best of our experiences and pass it along to the community that we train.

We are different because we train functional fitness for real life strength. Our programs are custom suited to you and your fitness level and goals. Our focus is entirely on you; you won’t get lost in a group class.

We were trained and taught at one of the most hardcore gyms in the world – Gym Jones, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our attitude, standards, philosophies and training methods are inspired by this and our longtime demanding careers in law enforcement.

At The Garage Gym, we believe that perspective and mindset are the keys to success. We believe that your brain can push your body well past your perceived limits and we will only work with individuals who put this mantra to task.
