The Garden Collective is a hospitality and event ecosystem spanning venues, international events, places to stay, and food and drink. It’s grown with care, and built for good times for everyone.

Each brand in the Collective runs independently day to day, yet all all connected through shared values and a commitment to quality, community, and sustainability.

Together, we support projects made with care, and the people behind them. We connect great operators and ideas, helping them grow in a way that feels natural and creating experiences people genuinely want to be part of.

Our story began in 2004, when Nick and Charlotte Colgan came to Croatia from the UK on a spontaneous family holiday. In 2005, they opened The Garden Lounge in Zadar, and in 2006 launched The Garden Festival, helping spark a new Adriatic music festival culture. Its legacy still draws tens of thousands of visitors to the coast and has helped establish Croatia as a global destination for music-led experiences.

From these foundations, The Garden Productions grew into a team delivering world-class music events across Croatia, Austria, and the UK. In 2016, The Garden Brewery was created to serve festival-goers better beer. It has since become one of the most respected breweries in the EU, recognised for quality and consistency.

As the Collective evolved, we expanded into food, stays, and new formats. Full Circle introduced a pop-up street food format, while The Garden Living offers a way to stay on site next to the music, designed for comfort in the middle of the action.

Submarine Burger joined the Collective in 2019, bringing all-natural, locally sourced craft burgers to the family. In 2025, we signed Petit Jolie, known for French-inspired pâtisserie, and Pizza 14, known for Neapolitan-style pizza.
Sustainability is a priority for us as a Collective.
