Together, We Grow More Than Food Together, We Grow Stronger

At The GardenWorks Project, every seed and seedling planted represents more than just a future harvest. It represents hope, health, and community.
By providing vegetable gardens for families facing food insecurity, supporting food pantries with fresh produce, and empowering neighbors to grow their own food, we are cultivating a stronger, healthier DuPage County.

Since 2012, we’ve been empowering neighbors to grow their own produce, donate fresh vegetables to local food pantries, and build a stronger, healthier community through the power of gardens.

In 2024 alone, thanks to volunteers and supporters like you:
We grew, harvested and donated 14,000 pounds of fresh produce to individuals facing food insecurity. Because of you 93 families received home garden support and 26 community gardens thrived across DuPage County.
