As seen on Bravo and The Travel Channel, The Gastro Garage deconstructs classic dishes and reconstructs them into their signature dish, The Gastro Tank. A savory brioche donut that has been blow torched, injected with nitrous charged foams, and topped with amazing blow torch toppings. From garlic butter poached lobster tails to s’mores we have over 50 dishes to tantalize tastebuds!

Veiled in mystery by welding masks and armed with BLOW TORCHES, the mechanics are able to cater events anywhere in the WORLD from intimate parties of 10 people to massive events of over 10,000, torching tanks right in front of your face. No need for water, power, or gas.
