The Gather Agency is a community-first cultural marketing agency. We design campaigns that put the people your brand wants to reach at the center of the experience — not on the receiving end of an ad.

We specialize in live and digital activations built specifically around the community each client serves. Every campaign we create is original — shaped by who your audience is, what they care about, and where they already gather. No templates. No recycled formats. Just experiences that feel like they were made for that room, because they were.

Our work spans brand activations, community events, youth programs, artist showcases, cultural experiences, and sponsored campaigns — all designed to generate organic content, build lasting community trust, and deliver real return for sponsors and partners.

We don’t hand clients a menu of generic events. We listen to who your community is, and we build the moment that earns their attention, their loyalty, and their trust.

Who we work with:

Arts organizations, youth-serving nonprofits, cities and municipalities, entertainment companies, schools, recreation departments, and brands that want to be woven into culture — not just visible inside it.

What you can expect:

A campaign concept built around your community. A sponsorship strategy that funds it. A live or digital experience they won’t forget. And content that markets your brand long after the night ends.

The event is the ad. The community is the campaign.
