Fred Smith is the founder of The Gathering and has played a pivotal role in various organizations since 1985. As a co-founder of Leadership Network, now known as Exponential NEXT, they have contributed significantly to community development. Fred currently serves as chairperson of the board for the Robert and Linda Buford Foundation and holds board member positions at Starbrite Equine Therapeutic Center, Health Foundation of East Texas, and Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute.
