GC Collective is the premier community and leadership development platform for General Counsel and CLOs.

We bring together a community of 300+ GCs and CLOs from across the globe to help them grow as leaders in capability, confidence, and impact.

Founded by Paula Pepin, a former GC, and Jenn Smyth-Whelly, seasoned executive and leadership expert, GC Collective was created to disrupt the isolation many GCs feel and to provide practical, peer-driven development that translates to real results.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Our programs are built for the realities of the GC role and combine community, coaching, as well as structured learning:

     - Tailored Legal Leadership Workshops on the core skills every GC needs to thrive as an executive
     - Executive Circles—confidential peer advisory cohorts that function like a personal board of advisors
     - Learning Labs—deep dives on high-impact topics to help scaling your legal department and improving operational efficiency. AI, legal operations, contract management, and more.

WHO IS THIS COMMUNITY FOR

GC Collective is for General Counsel, CLOs, and Heads of Legal who want to grow as leaders. Whether you’re a first-time GC navigating the role on your own or a seasoned executive leading a larger team, this is a space built for you.

Our members are committed to personal development, embrace learning with and from trusted peers, and value having a confidential circle of peers that serves as their personal board of advisors.

At GC Collective, connection becomes transformation.

When we engage, share, and learn together, we elevate the role of General Counsel into that of a true strategic legal executive.
