GCG operates in an intentionally designed and highly collaborative collective model. Together, we are a diverse team of social impact leaders and woman-led consulting firms who find warmth and value in working together on complex social change initiatives. We holistically assess intersecting organizational and program areas and apply our multidisciplinary skill sets to reduce silos and sustainably connect people, purpose, and partnerships. Our portfolio includes local, state-wide, regional, and national partners, including nonprofit organizations, foundations, academic institutions, government entities, and cross-sector programs. At the heart of each collaboration is a commitment to equity and opportunity for historically marginalized communities.
