The GenderCool Project is a youth-inspired movement replacing misinformed opinions with positive, powerful experiences meeting remarkable transgender and non-binary youth who are thriving.

What began as a national storytelling campaign has become a movement with global impact. We've partnered with some of the world's most influential companies to make their workplaces, policies and values reflect the level of inclusivity demanded by the NextGen workforce.

We're working to create a workplace where everyone is welcome and a world where everyone belongs. Join us!
