Working in close partnership with Trusted Advisor Associates, founder Andrea Howe and the Get Real team are best known for their mastery-level programs on trusted advisorship and trust-based selling/business development—including a signature six-month deep dive for cohorts that have been hand-picked by their organizations. They also teach professionals how to be great off script by applying the practices of improv comedy to everyday work situations.

Andrea is the co-author, with Charlie Green, of "The Trusted Advisor Fieldbook" (Wiley, 2012). A recovering IT consultant, she has dedicated more than a decade to teaching people in consultative roles how to reap rewards by mastering the “soft stuff” and getting relationships right.
