The Gilbert Group is a retail-specific real estate firm that has provided third party services since 1977. Currently, we provide property management and project leasing services to 175 retail properties totaling approximately 7.8 million square feet.  

Our client list has included prominent owners such as Inland American Retail LLC, ShopOne Centers REIT, Exchange Right, Northstar Realty, Gallas Zadeh Development and Thrive. Additionally, The Gilbert Group actively represents 65+ retailers such as Kohl’s, Academy Sports, Sweetgreen, Potbelly, Bibibop, Duluth Trading Company and Brewdog as they expand throughout Ohio and the Midwest.
 We have recently been recognized by Business First as the 41st fastest growing company in Columbus, Ohio.

We are the Columbus representative firm for ChainLinks Retail Advisors. ChainLinks Retail Advisors has an extensive national presence having offices in 53 major markets across North America with 750 local market retail broker specialists. Each office is independently owned and operated, and are the 'best-of-the-best' within their respective markets. Combining the representation of the various member firms, ChainLinks exclusively represents over 1,500 retailers and over 200 million square feet of retail space.
