The Global Call is a youth movement training people to deliver the change they believe in — in their lives and in society.

We believe the first barrier to changing the world is accepting to change yourself first. Starting from our biggest goals, we reverse-engineer what each of us can do to make change happen — because the most complex global challenges are ultimately shaped by the smallest everyday decisions: how you show up, relate, look, and act.

Through a practical Action Cycle — See → Reflect → Decide → Organize → Plan → Deliver → Assess → Improve — participants build the awareness, practice, networks, and resilience to turn ideas into real initiatives.

We work across four layers of relationship and positionality:

The Self — Being with yourself, and developing the courage, agency, and leadership to engage meaningfully in community and institutional change.

The Community — Being part of communities and intervening to support their growth, so that communities can in turn move institutions and societies.

Institutions — Engaging with governments, NGOs, and the private sector with an understanding of their needs and entry points, in service of systems change.

Systems — Influencing policies, economies, and global cooperation so that individuals, communities, and institutions can each deliver their best.

Active across 170+ countries.
Founded in April 2025 in support of the UN Pact for the Future and the implementation of a UN Youth Delegate programme in every country (Action 37b).

It takes courage to change. And it starts with you.
