The Global Dining Advisory is an independent, invitation-only representation model serving a strictly limited number of private Pricipals.

It is not a Concierge service
It does not sell tables
It does not receive commision or payments from restaurants

Its function is custodial.

Principals are screened for discretion, discipline, and cultural alignment. Introductions are deliberate. Access follows continuity.

Markets are approvached with patience. Trust compounds slowly

The objective is not scale. It is durability.

The standard is simple:

When a Principal enters a dining room, Chef, Managers, Sommeliers and Owners are comfortable
