Get slothed! The Gluttonous Sloth is a strategic consultancy for businesses that have outgrown noise, guesswork, and surface-level thinking.

We work at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and organisational change - helping founders, leadership teams, and operators make better decisions, move faster, and build things that actually hold up in the real world.

This isn’t about more activity. It’s about clarity.

We step in when growth stalls, when positioning gets fuzzy, when teams lose direction, or when things simply feel more complicated than they should. Sometimes that means pressure-testing a strategy. Sometimes it means rebuilding it from scratch. Often, it means cutting through layers of well-intentioned, but ineffective work and getting back to what actually matters.

Our work spans brand and go-to-market strategy, customer experience, and leadership development, but the common thread is always the same: turning complexity into clear, actionable direction.

The Sloth refuses to dumb things down. It is independent by design, opinionated where it counts, and unapologetic about calling out what doesn’t work. Not every business is a fit - and that’s intentional.

We tend to work best with founders, SMEs, and organisations in customer-centric and service-driven industries, but we’re equally comfortable operating inside larger, more complex environments when clarity is missing and decisions matter.

If you’re looking for templates, trends, or someone to validate what you’re already doing, this probably isn’t for you.

If you’re ready to challenge assumptions, simplify the mess, and move forward with intent, then we should talk.
