The Good Day Matrix is a purpose-driven, Waikato-based Wellbeing and Leadership organisation relentlessly focused on positive long-term outcomes for every person and business in Aotearoa.

📣 Public Service Announcement 📣
Thriving wellbeing isn’t a “nice to have.” We aren’t into “wellbeing-washing” – if you're only looking to tick the box with a quarterly event, we're not the crew for you.

But, if you care about your people and want to make a real difference, we’re 100% your team to help reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout, and create an environment where your team can thrive together. Everything is figure-out-able!

Great humans deserve great workplaces.

Kōrero soon,
Daz and Emily 🤙
