Our menu of offerings support the healthy development and personal growth of Black and Latin Americans through a shared positive experience that celebrates health, well-being and personal growth by supporting local communities of color. 



Exercise is known to help prevent and treat diabetes, obesity, heart disease, chronic pain, depression and many other conditions. Our mission is to empower the mind, body, and spirit of America’s minoritised communities by celebrating our elders, teaching our young, and supporting our working men and women.
