Founded in the summer of 2023, the Greek Souvlaki Shack (DBA: The Greek Shack), is a S-corp and Greek American chain of fast casual mobile food stands and drive throughs in the United States specializing in Greek salad bowls and sandwiches that are made to order in front of their customers.
