The Green Block is an EBITDA improvement specialist business within the facilities management arena.

We help companies with multiple properties, facilities and assets improve profitability, increase customer satisfaction and add more value to their estate. As a result, they can perform at their operational and commercial best.

TGB was founded to disrupt a failing and disillusioned industry that required change, with the focus on the way its services are sold and procured.

By creating strong service partnerships, service costs can be minimised collaboratively, maintaining a high standard of service while incentivising contractors with healthy margins.

By focusing on quality and cost of service, rather than contractor margins, our clients get the best possible value.

By engaging industry experts who share our vision, we've become adept at helping facility and procurement leaders achieve innovative and sustainable solutions.

We've had the privilege of working alongside some of Britain's largest organisations, supporting cost control and unearthing efficiencies to unlock their full profit potential.

Specifically, we can help with:
EBITDA Improvement
Services Enhancement
Services Procurement
Technical Compliance
Transformation
Sustainability
