Chris McElroy

Chris McElroy has extensive experience in the real estate industry, beginning a career as a REALTOR in Fort Collins in 1976. Currently a Broker/Partner at The Group, Inc. since 1983, McElroy specializes in buying, selling, and building homes across Northern Colorado. In addition to managing a real estate company and developing multi-unit projects, McElroy has also taught continuing education courses for a decade. McElroy is also the Owner of 5M Enterprises, a property management company, and has held roles at various organizations, including Director at the National Association of Realtors and Chairman of CAR Business Services. McElroy served on the Colorado Real Estate Commission from 2011 to 2017 and was previously the Owner/Managing Broker at Prudential Prime Properties. McElroy holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
