David Powell

David Powell is a seasoned Realtor with extensive experience in the Northern Colorado real estate market. Currently serving as a Realtor at The Group, Inc. Real Estate since January 2022, David previously held positions as a Realtor and Managing Broker at Kentwood Real Estate, where responsibilities included listing and selling homes while managing the Kentwood Northern Properties office. David started in the real estate industry at RE/MAX Alliance, working from April 1997 to January 2020 as a Realtor, and later as Managing Broker of the Loveland office, focusing on serving Realtors and recruiting new agents. Prior to entering real estate, David gained sales experience as a salesman at Sneakers Sporting Goods Store from August 1987 to April 1997. David's educational background includes studies at the University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College.
