The Haven is a collaborative counseling center in Charlotte, NC, dedicated to helping clients heal deep emotional wounds and build lasting change.

We see therapy as a true balance of art and science. Before we are therapists, we are people — we care, we hope, and we are genuinely excited about each client’s potential for growth. We bring creativity, intuition, and energy that cultivates healing, alongside evidence-based interventions and advanced clinical training.

Our team works with individuals and couples seeking trauma recovery, process addiction recovery, and relationship repair. We provide individual therapy, couples counseling, group therapy, workshops, intensives, and online courses — offered in-person in Charlotte and virtually across North Carolina.

Group therapy is a central part of how we practice. At The Haven, we view groups as more than just sessions — they are dynamic spaces where clients can experience connection, practice new skills, and gain perspective through meaningful relationships with others on a similar path. The shared experience of support, accountability, and empathy often brings profound insights that accelerate growth and healing.

Some of our offerings include Women’s Betrayal Trauma Levels 1 & 2, Men’s Betrayal Trauma, Men’s Recovery Groups Levels 1 & 2, Women’s Intimacy Bootcamp, Men’s Intimacy Bootcamp, Stress Reset: Tools for Calming Your Nervous System, and Boundaries Workshop.
